Over the next 15 years, Mr. Sader independently developed and consulted with international hotel/resort owners and banks to develop hospitality real estate. His work includes dozens of projects over such diverse geographic regions as the United Sates, Croatia, Japan, Lebanon and Saudi Arabia. He has held executive positions with the Hilton International Kuwait, and was responsible for geographic areas including Europe, the Middle East and the Gulf States.

Mr. Sader has performed consulting and development work for numerous hotels throughout California. He is an expert at evaluating every aspect of a hotel; the architecture and engineering, location, marketing plan, operation, staff, reception area and restaurants, as well as its standing in the marketplace in relation to its competitors.

Mr. Ghassan Sader, prior to forming Hotel Asset Services, accumulated over 26 years of experience in the hospitality industry and is the Principal and Owner of H.A.S.. Mr. Sader contracted with most of the large institutional lenders with hospitality portfolios such as Cathay Bank, AMRESCO, Wells Fargo, Great Western Bank, Bank of America, and many others. He has a remarkable background in international banking as well as hotel management and administration.

As the CEO of the premier hotel/resort management company in North America, Mr. Sader has garnered successful management experience in every segment of the hospitality market. H.A.S. specialized in profit and loss responsibilities, financial analysis, business plans, growth sales and pricing strategies, and overall operations. From full-service luxury hotels in the nation's capital to boutique lodging in California's high desert, he has consistently delivered exceptional, consistent results and satisfied customers.

The KLAI/H.A.S. team approach evolved out of five cornerstone objectives:

  • Increasing the asset's value through superior management and focusing on maximizing efficiency and returns.
  • Meeting and exceeding guest expectations at every level through premium customer service.
  • Employing the highest caliber staff and offering them the finest training available.
  • Researching and understanding the local market to properly position the asset to obtain maximum long-term profitability.
  • Refining and fine-tuning daily operations as we constantly measure our successes and implement new procedures.

Exceptional hospitality management ultimately revolves around effective cost and people management. Satisfied clientele determine the success of any hospitality asset; therefore, customer service must be paramount. Properly trained personnel exhibit a confidence and competence that results from proper training. This training maintains motivation among the staff and reminds them of the vital role they play in the overall management philosophy.

The resulting elevated morale inspires personnel to constantly strive for and surpass ever-increasing goals while maintaining the proficiency and dedication that H.A.S. represents. The positive results of this approach are easily quantified as increased cash flow, significant return on investment, and appreciation of the asset's value.
